Description
LALCAFÉ BRIOSA™ is a Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast selected for its specific benefits in post-harvest processing of Arabicaand Robusta coffee varieties. It can be used in both natural and pulped processes.
The yeast enzyme activities cooperate with those of our LALCAFÉ™ selected bacteria increasing the complexity of the coffee.
LALCAFÉ BRIOSA™ is also suitable for classic coffee.
