Description

LALCAFÉ ORO™ is a Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast selected for its specific benefits in post-harvest processing of Specialty Arabica and Fine Robusta coffee varieties. It can be used in both wet and natural processes.

LALCAFÉ ORO™ was validated by CIRAD.
