With its specific metabolism to express fresh and fruity notes, LALCAFÉ CIMA™ will modulate the acidity of your coffee.

LALCAFÉ CIMA™ can tolerate temperatures as low as 10 °C, making it suitable for cold, high-altitude conditions.
