Description
LALCAFÉ CIMA™ is a Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast selected for its specific benefits in post-harvest processing of Specialty Arabica and Fine Robusta coffee varieties. It can be used in both natural and pulped processes.
With its specific metabolism to express fresh and fruity notes, LALCAFÉ CIMA™ will enhance the acidity of your coffee.
