With over a century of expertise in yeast production and more than 30 years in bacteria production, Lallemand operates 27 specialised yeast production facilities and 11 bacteria plants.
We produce active microorganisms in a dry form, which offers advantages for coffee producers such as:

Each of our LALCAFÉ™ selected yeast (Saccharomyces) and bacteria (Lactobacillus helveticus or Lactiplantibacillus plantarum) benefits from a unique production process and recipe.
