LALCAFÉ™ at SCA Expo Chicago

LALCAFÉ™ exhibited at the Specialty Coffee Association Expo in Chicago. This year’s event shattered attendance records, drawing 17,000 visitors (compared to 9,000 in 2023) and featuring 602 exhibiting companies. Central American visitors were particularly prominent. During the expo, the team strengthened relationships with existing clients and forged connections with potential partners. The event enabled us to explain the benefits of our selected yeasts including the improved shelf life of green coffee overtime, which is critical for coffee exporters and roasters.
