LALCAFÉ exhibited at the SCA Expo in Portland, where we had the opportunity to engage with industry partners and members of the coffee community. As part of the event, we took part in a cupping session organized by the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI) featuring coffee inoculated with your selected yeasts and control coffee.

We would like to thank Yimara Martinez Agudelo and Dr. Sunalini Menon for their essential role in coordinating the session.

We also appreciated the feedback from the Q-Graders who attended. Their evaluations noted clear differences between the control and inoculated coffee samples, providing useful insights for our ongoing work.
