LALCAFÉ™ at SIC Brazil

 

At the 2023 edition of International Coffee Week in Belo Horizonte, LALCAFÉ™ and Lallemand Plant Care joined forces to showcase their natural, science-based solutions for the coffee industry. Throughout the event, we highlighted the benefits of LALCAFÉ™ products in enabling controlled coffee fermentation, tailored to the needs of producers.

We had the opportunity to engage directly with coffee growers, discussing how our yeast-based solutions can positively impact cup quality and consistency. Visitors to our stand also enjoyed tasting sessions, where our barista served inoculated coffees alongside control samples, offering a clear comparison of fermentation outcomes.
