Description
LALCAFÉ LDP™ is a Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast selected for its specific benefits in post-harvest processing of Fine Robusta coffee varieties. LALCAFÉ LDP™ was developed for dry/natural process.
Our studies have shown that it continues to perform well even with cherry maturity levels as low as 60% even though we recommend aiming for the highest possible maturity to achieve the best results.

Storage & Shelf-life
- Available in 500 g pack and 10 kg box.
- To be used once opened.
- Only use vacuum-sealed sachet.
- Store in the original packaging, in a cool and dry place (< 20°C).
